We offer different payment methods in our webshop. If you want to pay quickly online, you can do so with Paypal or Credit Card. Paying afterwards with Klarna is also an option in some countries. Payments are processed via Mollie, one of the largest payment platforms in Europe. So, you’re assured of a safe payment environment.

Can I pay afterwards?

You can pay for your order afterwards with Klarna. Once we ship your order, you will receive an email from Klarna with payment instructions. The payment of the order is made to Klarna. The payment period is 30 days after receiving your order.

Are there any charges for payment methods?

We do not charge extra for payment methods such as credit card or post-payment.

Where can I find my invoice?

You will receive the invoice for your order as soon as you have completed your order and payment. Are you paying by bank transfer? Then you will first receive an e-mail with information on how to pay. After receiving your payment, we will send you the invoice.

Why doesn’t Klarna accept my order?

When you choose to pay for your order afterwards, Klarna does some checks on the order. In some cases, they will reject an order. We have no insight into this. This may be due to one or more factors:

  • Your order amount is too high: you can pay afterwards up to a maximum amount.
  • Your e-mail address is not valid: make sure you use a valid e-mail address.
  • You have some outstanding orders at Klarna: pay outstanding invoices to Klarna first.
  • The delivery address is incorrect: check if the address entered is correct.
  • The delivery address is a pickup point: it is not possible with Klarna to pick up your order at a pickup point. Choose to have your order delivered to your home.

You can contact Klarna via their customer service team at: 020-808 2852 (Monday – Friday 09:00 – 13:00 and Saturday from 09:00 – 13:00)

Can I order by invoice?

Would you like to pay afterwards? Then choose Klarna. You then have 30 days, after receipt of your order, to pay for your order. Are you a business customer and do you have a large project you want to take on with us? Then contact us and mail your request via the contact form.

Payment failed or fault?

Please contact us if you experience problems paying for your order. We can immediately check whether the payment has been received. In case of double debits due to a malfunction, we will refund your payment immediately. You will then receive the amount in your account within 1-3 working days.
