Can I cancel my order?
Online cancellation is possible within one hour after ordering. This can be done on your personal page that is generated after ordering. Therefore please check your order carefully.
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you and other than the carrier acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your intention to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. written, fax or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. Effects of withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. If you only return a part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will refund you using the same method of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged for such refund. We may delay repayment until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall return the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract to us. You will be in time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Can I choose a delivery date?
When ordering, you can choose your own delivery date. If you want the wallpaper to be delivered quickly, please choose the option as soon as possible.
How do I know how much wallpaper I need?
Online, the number of square inches is automatically calculated based on the width and height of the wall. It is important that the measurements are correct. Therefore, always measure in different places. The width: at the top from left to right and at the bottom from left to right. The height: upper left to the bottom, upper middle to the bottom and upper right to the bottom. Walls can always be skewed, especially in old houses. That's why we recommend adding 2 inches on all sides of the wall, so you won't be running out of wallpaper.
I've already ordered, but I want to change my print. Is this possible?
You can still change your print until production has started. To do so, we ask you to contact us as soon as possible. You can send an e-mail to [email protected] or call +31 (0) 85 130 82 85. It is possible that your wallpaper has already been printed, but in that case we can always work with you to find a suitable solution.
I've placed an order but unfortunately I haven't ordered enough (in terms of height/width). Can I order a larger size?
If you have ordered a photo, it is unfortunately not possible to order a few extra inches if the wallpaper has already been printed. To be sure, please call us as soon as possible on +31 (0) 85 130 82 85 so that we can still cancel the print order. If this is not possible, we will look for a suitable solution.
Is my wallpaper supplied with glue?
No, our wallpaper is not supplied with glue as standard. Wallpaper glue can be ordered on our website, you can see our wallpaper glue here: https://www.wallart.com/perfax-wallpaper-glue.
Is there a minimum size I need to order?
The minimum size is 20x20 inches. For example, to be used as a sample/example. Smaller sizes for samples can be requested by mail.
Is your wallpaper delivered on a roll?
Our wallpaper is printed and cut to size. We then roll up the wallpaper and pack it in foam foil. After this, we pack the photo wallpaper in a sturdy box.
Up to what size can I order wallpaper
We can print from 1 part up to 124 inches and a length of 5709 inches. This print is then divided into equal lanes. For example, if the wall is 500x500 cm, we divide the wall into two printable parts that fit together.
What happens if I am not at home while my package is being delivered?
If you are not at home during the delivery of your package, it will be offered again the next day.
If you are not home for the second time, the package will be delivered to a UPS pick up point. You can pick up your package here if you have time.
What is the price of wallpaper?
"The prices are different for each product. As soon as you have found a product you like, you can see the correct price on the product page.
What's the ruler for?
"During the ordering process you can choose the button 'ruler'. With this button you can easily measure where the sofa, closet or door will stand. A window can also be measured precisely. With this you can immediately see which part of the picture will be missing. Is there something missing that you would like to keep? Then you can see if the picture looks better mirrored!
When will my order be shipped?
We will proceed with production after your payment has been received. On business days we produce within 24 hours. Orders will be shipped within 3-5 working days (depending on the location) Once your order is ready for shipment you will receive a tracking number from UPS by email. Through this tracking number, you can track the delivery of your package.
When will my photo wallpaper be delivered?
After you have placed an order and we have received the payment, we immediately proceed to produce the wallpaper. You will automatically receive a confirmation after we have received the payment. Please note: we will proceed with the production after the payment has been received. If you have paid with Klarna, we will immediately proceed to produce and ship.
After production, we will deliver as soon as possible. If your payment has failed or if you want to pay by another method, please log in. On the website wallgroup.com, you can log in to "My Account". In "my account" you will find all orders including the unpaid invoices. Click on "pay now" after the pending invoice and follow the steps.
The production time is 24 hours on working days and the delivery time is 2-5 working days.
