Returning your wallpaper

Not satisfied? We don’t mind returning.

Are you not satisfied with your wallpaper or was something damaged during transport? Then you can always return your wallpaper to us. We don’t mind returning it but would like to ask you to read this page carefully before returning anything to us.

We want to make it easy for you when you want to return your order. You can register your return by filling in the form via this link. Choose a collection point or a collection service at your home. You can pay the return costs, which are your responsibility, directly online.

Withdrawal period

You have the right to revoke the agreement within a period of 14 days without giving reasons. The revocation period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a housemate or a third party designated by you acquires possession of our product. Before returning your order, we would appreciate it if you would inform us. Preferably by e-mail.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of the revocation

If you revoke the agreement within 14 days and your photo wallpaper is returned to us on time, you will receive the full purchase amount, including the standard delivery costs, back from us. Did you incur any extra costs because you chose a different delivery method? Then these costs are for your own account. If you only return part of your order, the delivery costs (shipping costs) will not be refunded.

We will pay you back using the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction. Unless you explicitly ask us to pay you back in another way. Once we have received the returned order, or when you can prove that you have returned the wallpaper, we will refund the amount due. Depending on which time falls first. You must return or hand over the goods to us as soon as possible, but in any case, no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your return in writing.

You will be on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods are at your own expense.

How to return your order

Please contact our customer service before returning your order. We will provide you information how to return your order. Unregistered returns may incur charges. Charges for unregistered returns will be at your expense.

Our address

After contacting our customer service you can return your wallpaper to us in the original box. You can contact your local post service to return the parcel. Make sure the parcel is sufficiently primed. Send the parcel to:

Just this… We have the right not to refund your full purchase price if the product you return to us is damaged or incomplete. Excluded from refund is photo wallpaper with your own photo or design. These products cannot be returned to us unless they have been produced incorrectly due to an obvious error on our part.
