The panoramic was all blurry. 79% wow though (quality of the rendering) Call after-sales service, they say to take a step back but in a 12m2 room the blur remains blurry, the rendering is not at all up to expectations and the price. For almost €200. The after-sales service told us that everything was in order. We had to return the product at our expense. Return application that malfunctioned.
Le panoramique etait tout flou. 79% de waouh pourtant (qualité du rendu) Appel sav, on dit de prendre du recul mais dans une chambre de 12m2 le flou reste flou, le rendu n’est pas du tout à la hauteur des espérances et du tarif. Pour près de 200€. Le sav nous a repondu que tout etait conforme. On a du renvoyer à nos frais le produit. Application de retour qui a dysfonctionné.
